Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for any garment once it has been shipped. For most orders, we use FedEx, UPS and occasionally USPS as our primary carriers. Upgraded or expedited shipping options are available at the client’s request, with rates varying depending on the specific situation.

Every garment is individually polybagged before leaving our studio to ensure a tamper-proof and weather-resistant chain of custody throughout transit. In the event of missing, delayed, or damaged packages, all shipments are insured through the carrier, and claims must be filed directly with them for resolution. Please reach out to us, as we hold the insurance confirmation and will assist in initiating the claim process with the carrier for a swift resolution.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds due to the customized nature of most of our products. Because each item is made to order, all sales are final. Returns or replacements will only be considered in the rare event of a confirmed production issue, such as a design error, incorrect item, or damaged or torn garment upon arrival.

 

Any item that qualifies as a production issue requires clear photo documentation before we can proceed with the return or reimbursement process. Please inspect your order promptly and contact us within 48 hours if any issues are found.

 

Quality Check
Before any order is completed, we perform a thorough quality check on every garment. This includes inspecting stitching, design placement, color accuracy, and overall condition. We also photo-document each item prior to packaging to verify its condition at the time it leaves our studio.
